At the General Quarter Session of the peace of our Sovereign Lord the
King holden for the County of Middx at Hickshall in St John Street in
the County aforesaid by adjornment on Tuesday the Nineteenth Day of April in the
twenty first year of the Reign of our Sovereign Lord George the Second King of Great
Britain Etc

It is Ordered by this court that the Churchwardens & Overseers of
the poor of the parish of St. Clement Danes in this County have notice
of this appeal, and that they and all persons concerned do attend
this Court on Friday next at ten of the clock in the forenoon to hear
and abide the Judgment and determination of this Court touching
the said appeal
