in their General Quarter Session of the peace Assembled.

The Humble Petition and Appeal of the Churchwardens and Overseers
of the Poor of the Parish of St. George Hanover Square in the County of Middlesex

Sheweth

That by virtue of a Pass Warrant or Order under the Hands and
Seals of Daniel Gach< no role > and James Fraser< no role > This name instance is in set 3480. Esqrs. Two of his Majesty's Justices of
the peace for the City and Liberty of Westminster (one whereof being of the Quorum)
bearing date the 11th. day of March 1747 Charles Mc Cartney< no role > was removed from
the Parish of St. Martin in the Field within the Liberty of Westmr. in this County
to the Parish of St. George Hanover Square in the said Liberty and County
as the place of his last legal Settlement Whereby your Petitioner
think themselves aggrieved and appeal to this Court against the Same

Therefore Humbly pray this Court will
pleace appoint a time for hearing and determining
the said Appeal and that all persons concerned may
then accend.
