At a GeneralQuarterSessions of the Peace of our
Sovereign Lord the King holden for the County of
Middlesex at Hicks's Hall in St. John Street in the
County aforesaid on Monday the 22d day of February
in the 21st. year of the Reign of our Sovereign Lord
George the Second King of Great Britain Etc

It is Ordered by this Court that the Church Wardens
and Overseers of the poor of the Parish of Saint Martin in the
Fields have notice of this Appeal and that they &
all persons Concerned do attend this Court on Thursday
next at ten of the Clerk in the Forenoon to have and
abide the Judgment and determination of this Court
touching the said Appeal.
