Take Notice, That we intend to appear at this
present General Quarter Session of the peace holden at
Hicks's Hall in Saint John's Street in and for the County
of Middlesex by Adjournment on Saturday next (being
the Seventeenth Day of October instant ) at Ten of the
Clock in the Forenoon then and there to plead Guilty to
an Indictment found by you against us for an Assault.
Dated this 15th. Day of October 1747.
