maketh Oath that he this Deponent did onMonMonday
Morning last about Ten of the Clock personally serve Mr.
Bird Sollr. or Agent for the Prosecutrix in the above Cause
with a true Copy of the Notice hereunto Annexed at his
Dwelling House near the Sun Tavern Honey Lane
Market London and this Deponent saith that he had
another Copy of the same Notice written in Order to
have is served on the said Prosecutrix or left at her
Place of abode But the said Mr. Bird told this Depont.
that he was Pretty well assured she had left her last Place
of abode but that he the said Mr. Bird verily believed he
he should see the Prosecutrix before Wednesday when he
would [..] (if this Deponent would leave the
Notice with him) give it to the Prosecutrix and would receive
it as Service on the said Prosecutrix, and this Deponent
further saith that he accordingly did deliver both the Notices
to the said Mr. Bird, and this Deponent upon Enquiry
since hath been credibly informed that the said Mrs.
Jennings hath Quitted her late Habitation but where
she is removed to this Deponent cannot Learn
