maketh Oath that he this Depont. did on the 12th. Day
of October Instant Serve William Osgood< no role > , one of the
Prosecutors in this Cause with the Notice hereto annexed
by delivering a true Copy of the Sd. Notice to the said
Os good's Wife at his the sd. Os good's House in St. Martins
Court in the parish aforesd And this Depont. farther
Saith that he did on the same Day serve Mr. Compton
the Attorney or Solicitor for this Prosecution with a like
Copy of the Notice annexed by delivering the same to
the sd. Mr. Compton at his House in Orange Street
near Red Lyon Square And the said Mr. Compton
then declared to this Depont. that he heed not give
himself any there trouble but that he the said
Mr. Compton would recieve the sd. Notice for all the
Prosecutors or Words to that Purport & dreaking.
