James Fullam< no role > of the Parish of Saint Ann in the Liberty of
Westminster in the County of Middlesex Gentleman maketh Oath and
saith that he this Deponent did on the twelfth - day of October inst
deliver to and leave with the abovenamed Prosecutor Notice in writing
purporting that the abovenamed Defenant (now a Prisoner in New
Prison Clerkenwell ) would be brought up to Hick's Hall in Saint Johns
Street in the County of Middlesex on this present Wednesday the
fourteenth day of October instant at ten of the Clock in the
forenoon [..] and would then and there Try his Traverse on the
Bill of Indictment by the said Prosecutor found against him the
Defendant for an Asault
