To the Rt. Worshipfull his Majesty's Justices of the Peace for the County
of Middlesex in General Quarter Session Assembled

The humble Petitioner and Appeal of the Churchwardens and Overseers
of the Poor of the Parish of St Margaret Westmr. in the County of
Middlesex

Sheweth


That by Virtue of a Pass Warrant or Order of Removal under the hand
and Seals of Nicholas Jeffreys< no role > and Stephen Beckingham< no role > Esq two
of his Majestys Justices of the Peace for the said County of Middlesex
Searing Date of 13th. day of February 1746 Mary Roots< no role > Widow
of Thos. Roots< no role > Deced was Removed form the parish of St Andrew
Holbourn above the Barrs in the County of Middlesex aforesaid
to the said Parish of St, Margaret Westmr. as the place of her last
Legal Settlement Whereby Your Petrs. conceive themselves
to be aggreived and Appeal to this Court against the same

Your Petits. therefore Pray this Court will Place
to appoint a time for hearing and Determining
this said Appeal and that all Persons concerned
do them attend.

And Your Petitrs. shall ever Pray Etc

At the Genl Session of the Peace of our Sovereign Lord the King held by adjornment in & for the
County of Middlesex at Hicks Hall in Saint John Street in the County aforesd. onMonday
Tuesday the 28th. day of April in the 20th. Year of the Reign of our Sovereign Lord George the
Second of Great Britain King Etc:

It is Ordered by this Court that the Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor of the Parish
of St. Andrew Holbourn above the in this County have Notice of this Appeal and that they
and all other Persons do attend this Court on Fridaynext as ten of Clock
in the forenoon to hear & abide the Judgment & Determination of this Court
touching the said Appeal
