The Humble Petition and Appeal of the Churchwardens and
Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of St. Mary Le Bone in the
County of Middx :

Sheweth-.

That by a Pass Warrant or Order under the Hands and
Seales of Oliver Lambart< no role > and John Ludbey< no role > Esqrs. two of his Majesty's
Justices of the peace for the County of Middx: bearing date the Seventh day of
December last Budget Mattison< no role > Singlewoman was removed from the
Parish of St James Westmr. in the said County to the said Parish of St. Mary
Le Bone , as the place of her last legal Settlement, whereby your Petitioners
think themselves Aggrieved and Appeal to this Court against the Same.

Your Petitioners therefore Humbly prays this Court
will be pleased to save them the Benefit of this Appeal
untill the next General Quarter Sessions of the peace
to be held for this County.

And your Petitioners shall ever pray Etc.
