WHEREAS Complaint hath been made unto Us,
two of His Majesty's Justices of the Peace , for
the County aforesaid (One whereof being of the
Quorum) by the Church Wardens and Overseers of the Poor
of the said Parish of St.Mary le Bone ThatJoseph
Hall< no role > & Cartwright < no role > his wife , and Elizabeth < no role > their
Child are
lately intruded, and
come into the said Parish of St.Mary le Bone
andare likely tobecome Chargeable to the Same; We
the said Justices, upon Examination of the Premises taken
before Us upon Oath, and other Circumstances, do adjudge
the same to be true, and do also adjudge the Place of the
last legal Settlement of the saidJoseph Hall< no role > , Cartwright
his wife, and Elizabeth their Child to be in the Parish
of St. James in the Liberty of Westmr. in the County of Middx

you, on Sight hereof, to Remove and Convey the said
Joseph Hall< no role > , Cartwright his wife & Elizabeth their Childs
from and out of your said Parish of St.Mary le Bone
to the saidParish of St James
andthemdeliver unto the Church Wardens and Overseers
of the Poor there, or to some, or one of them, together with
this our Order, or a true Copy hereof, who are hereby required
to receive and provide forthemaccording to Law. Given
