being bound for the appearance of the above

Oatfield at ye next Sessions of the peace to be holden at
Hicks's Hall then Ensuing for an assault
Comitted on ye person of one Terrcute
Connell for which assault the Sd Mackguirk
otherwise Oatfield has [..] absconded
Ever Since and is reported that he is gone
beyond ye Seas which he this Deponant
veryly believes to be truth for ye he this
Depont. having used Severall means to hear
and Enguire after ye Sd. Mackquirk but to
no purpose has been Informed that he is
gone beyond Seas as above reported in order
to Fly or avoid Justice [..]
