before said Sessions the said Gower
deserted from his Comand & Run away.
so that it was in possible for this Informt.
to have him at any Sessions Since
in Order to take his tryall thos this
[..] Depont. hath used his Atmost
Endeavours to have him taken deposeth
said Gower was by Coll Brackleys orders
advertised in Publick News Papers with
a Reward of four Gugneas for apprehending
him This Dept. Saith that said Gower was
in France and verily beleives he will-
Never Returne to England, further Deposeth
Henry Dodge the father of the Infant has
Relinquist all prosecutions on said Acct and
is Satisfied the Bayle may be discharged.
