To the Right Worshipfull his Majestys
Justices of the peace for the County of Middx
now Assembled at Hickss. Hall

The humble Petition and Appeale of the
Churchwardens & Overseers of the Poor of the
Parish of Saint Anne in the said County of
Middlesex

Sheweth


That by an Order or Warrant under the hands
and Seals of Thomas Jones< no role > and Richard Farmer< no role > Esqr.
two of his Majestys Justices of the peace for the said
County (One whereof is of the Quorum bearing Date
the 24th. day of May Last William Walker< no role > was removed
from the Parish of St. Paul Shadwell in the said
County to the Legal Settlement

And Your Petrs. finding themselves aggrieved by the
Said Order of Removal Do appeale agt. the
same and humbly Pray that your Worships
will appoint a day in this Present Quarter
Sessions of the Peace for the hearing & Deter-
-mining of your Petitioners Appeale and order
the Churchwardens & Overseers of the poor of
the said Parish of Saint Paul Shadwell and
all Persons Concerned to attend and hear and
abide by the Judgement and Determination
of your Worships touching the same

And Your Petiotrs. Shall Ever Pray Etc
