Church Wardens & Overseers of the Poor of
the Parish of St. Clemt. Danes in the sd. County

Sheweth

That by an Order Under the hands & Seales
of two of his Majestys Justices of the Peace for the County
of Middx (one of the Quorum) bearing Date the 29th. Day
of June Last Anne< no role > the wife of Jno. Lary< no role > was removed
from the Parish of St. Mary White Chapell . in the sd.
County of Middx to the said Parish of St. Clemt. Danes in the
same Countyas the Place of the Last legall Settlemt. of
the sd. Anne Lary whereby your Petitioner conceive
themselves to be Agreived & agt. the sd. Order Doe Appeale
to this Court.
