of our Lord the King holden at Hicks Hall in St:
John street in & for the County of Middlesex on
Monday the fourthTuesday the fifthday of July on the Eleventh
Year of the reign of our Sovereign Lord George
the second King of Great Britain Etc

It is ordered by this Court that the Churchwardens
& overseers of the poor of the parish of St. Paul
Covent Garden in the Liberty of Westmr in the County
of Middlesex have the Notice of this Appeal And that
they & all Partys concerned do Attend this Court
on Thursday next At ten of the Clock in the
forenoon then & there to hear & Abide the Judgment
& determination of this Court touching this Appeale
