To the Right Worshipfull his Majties Justices of the peace
for the County of Midlx in Quarter Sessions assembled

The Humble Peticon and Appeal of
the Overseers of the poor of the Precinct
of Saint Catherine in the said County

Sheweth


That by a Warrant or order of removal
bearing date the Twenty Fourth day of August last
Under the hands and seals of Ant Wroth< no role > and W.
Booth Esqrs. two of his Majties justices of the peace
for the said County (one being of the Quorum) Rachel
Harley
< no role > and her Children Namely Edward< no role > aged Eight
Years EIizabeth< no role > aged Seven Years Mary< no role > aged Five
Years Jane< no role > aged two years and Joanna< no role > aged ten
Months was removed from the parish of Saint
Luke in the County aforesaid to the said Precinct
of Saint Catherines as the place of their last
Legall Settlement

That Your Peticoners find them-
Selves agreived by the warrant or
Order of the said two Justices and
Humbly appeal against the Same

Your Peticoner therefore Humbly
Pray you would be pleased to order the
Churchwardens and Overseers of the
poor of the said Parish of Saint Luke
and all other persons Concerned to
attend this Court Some day this
present Sessions to hear and Abide
the Judgement and Determination of this
Court touching the premises and that
Your Peticoners may have Such releife
therein as to Justice and Law doth
appertain

And Your Peticoners Shall ever pray Etc
