Whereas Complaint hath been
made ubto us two of his Majties: Justices
of the peace for the sd: County tone being of the
(Quor. [..] :) by the Churchwardens & Overseers
of the Poor of the Parish of St: Mary White Chapple
in the County of Middx That Robert Hunt< no role > with
Elizabeth< no role > his wife and their two Children That is to
Say Frances< no role > aged about Three years and Mary< no role > aged
about Seven Month [..] the Lawfull Issue of the said
Robert Hunt and Eliza his wife are
lately Come into the sd. Parish
contrary to Law and that
they are likely to be Chargeableto the sd:
Parish Wee the sd: Justices upon
Examination of the premises [..] for
upon Oath do
adjudge the place of the Legal Settlement
of the sd: Robert Hunt Eliza his wife & their
two Children, is in the Liberty of the Old
Artillery Ground in the Liberty of the Tower of
London

his Majties: Name to Command you on Sight
hereof to remove and convey the sd: Robert
Hunt
< no role > Eliza< no role > his wife & their two Children
from and out of the said Parish of St: Mary
White Chapple to the sd: Liberty of the Old
Artillery Ground and deliver them to the
Churchwardens and Overseers of the poor there
or to one of them who are hereby required
to receive and provide for them according
to Law Given under our Hands & Seals
the 9th day of October [..] 1736

To the Churchwardens and Overseers of the poor of the
Parish of St Mary White Chepple in the County of Middx
And to the Overseers of the poor of the
Liberty of the Old Artillery Ground in the Liberty of the Tower
of London
