The Humble Peticon of Joseph
Downs
< no role > one of the [..] Rakers of the
parish of White Chappell in the said
County.

Sheweth


That yor Petr. was bound by Recognizance in
Forty pounds before Clifford William Philips< no role > Esqr to
prosecute John Lewis< no role > otherwise whitaker) in last July
Sessions for a Nusance.

That Yor. Petr. was prevented prosecuting the
said Lewis at th said Sessions, for which Reason your
Petr. is now under the Forfeiture of his said Recognizance
But as the said Lewis still continues upon his Recognizance
and Proceedings agt. him not stopt thereby; Yor. Petr. has
at this prsent. Sessions prferred. and found his Bill agt. the
said Lewis, and has taken a proper process thereon

Yor. Petr. therefor most humbly
Prays this Honble. Court would
be pleased to Discharge his from
the forfeiture of his sd. Recognizance.

And Yor. Petr. shall ever pray Etc.
