John Horlinglton< no role > Maketh Oath and Says that Some time
before the Session of the peace for the County of Middlesex
[..] which were held in or about June last past
this Deponent was bound and did enter into a
Recognizance by and before one of his Majesty's
Justices of the peace for the Said County to
appear at the Said Sessions and prosecute and
Ann Cooper< no role > as this Deponent apprehended and
believes for Some Felonious Crime or offence
Committed by her on this Deponents Daughter, But
this Deponent Says the Same few days before the Said
Sessions this Deponent was afflected [..] with a violent
fever and other Corporal Infirmities that he Could not
attend at the Said Sessions Without putting this Deponts
Life in the [..] utmost perill of the Loosing thereof And
this Deponent being at the time of the Said Sessions by re [..]
of his Said Ilness almost deprived of his Under Handing
this Deponent did not nor Could [..] appear and prosecute
the Said Cooper who hath been discharged out of Custody S [..]
as this Deponent hath been informed this Deponent therefore humbly
hopes this [..] Honourable Court will order the Said
Recognizance this Deponent entered into as aforesaid to
be vacated and not put in force against this Deponent
