The humble Petition of Catherine Taylor< no role >

Sheweth

That your Petitioner has attended Several times
on this Honble Court to withdraw her. Recognizance but being
very all weak, and not able to wait, and being unacquainted
with the Custom of the Court missed her Call

Therefore your Petr. most humbly Prays
that your Worships in your tender Goodness
will consider her, and order her to be called
in Order to have her Recognizance to be
with drawn

And yor Petr. as in Duty bound shall pray Etc
