Hall for the county of Middlesex and the
rest of his Majesties Justices of the
Peace there assembled.

The Humble Petition of Henry Grove< no role >

Sheweth


That your Petr. was Committed to the Gate house Westmr.
by Mr. Justices Deveil for Perjury and has ben since
admitted to Bail before for the said Justice.

That your Petr. is advised sevt. weighty Matters depend
upon your Petrs. Trial and will be attended with ill
Consequences to your Petr: as well as others Concerned
therein should the same come on before Michas Term next
and that your Petr. will have occasion for sevl. Witnesses who are at
Prevent in Worcestershire and are Labouring Persons
& employed in the Harvest and can't attend your Petr.
Trial but to the great Detriment of their Families.

Your petr. therefore most humbly Prays
your Worships that the Recognizance
entered into by your Petr. & his two Bail
may be respited untill the Sessions
next after Michas Term. And your
Petr. as in Duty Bound shall ever Pray.
