William Stobbs< no role > of Chancery Lane in the Parish of St Dunstan in the west in
the County of Middx maketh oath That on the fourth day of June instant
at the place of abode of Mrs Hannah Smith< no role > (the Prosecutrie in this Cause) at a
certain house Situate in Mercer Street near Long Acre in the County aforesd.
He this Depont. did Serve the said Hannah Smith< no role > with a true Copy
of the notice hereunto annexed by then & there leaving the said Copy
with the Daughter of the said Hannah Smith< no role > (the said Hannah Smith< no role >
not being then at home as the said Daughter then told this Depont.)
and this Dept. did then & there inform the said Daughterwithof the
Contents & Purport of the said Copy And also did then & there desire the
said Daughter that She would not neglect to give the said Copy of Notice
to her Mother the said Hannah Smith< no role > as Soon as she the said Hannah
Smith< no role > should come home.
