Take Notice that I Intend to appear at the
next General Session of the Peace to be holden by
Adjournment at Hicks Hall in St. John Street in
and for the County of Middlesex on Wednesday next
being the ninth day of June Instant at ten of the Clock
in the Forenoon of the Same Day and then & there
try my Traverse upon the Indictment you have
preferr'd against me for making an Assault upon
you and unlawfully taking Tearing and Carrying
away from your person three Pit Tickets for the
Theatre Royal in Lincolns Inn Fields to go into
the Said Theatre in a certain Place calld the Pit
to See the first part of King Henry the fourth
