a Person Came to this Dept: on the Fourth day of this Instant June and
Delivered unto him this Dept. the Notice hereto annexed And this Dept:
being not only well acquainted with the Manner and Method of the hand
Writeing of the Deft who this Dept: beleives Signed the said Notice But
also of Mr: Noell the Said Defts Sollr: or Agent inthisthis Cause who
wrote the said Notice (as he informed this Dept: And he Attended this
Sessions on the behalfe of the said Deft in this Cause) Attended pursuant
thereto three Severall Days with his evidence in order to prosecute
the said Deft on the Indictment preferred [..] by this Deft agt:
the said Deft in this Cause for a Trespass and Midemeanour
