To the Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor of the
Parish of St. George in the County of Middx and to
the Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor for the
towne of Brentwood in the Parish of Weel in the County of
Essex

Whereas Complaint hath been made unto us his
Majesty's Justices of the Peace of the County of Middx
(One being of the Quorum) by the Churchwardens and
Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of st. George above said
that Henry Unwin< no role > aged Eight year's and Anne Unwin< no role >
aged Six years the Lawfull Issue of Henry Unwin< no role >
and Anne< no role > his Wife now both deced, were lately
brought into the Said Parish endeavouring to Settle
them there contrary to Law And they being in Poor
and mean Circumstances We adjudge them likely to
become chargable to the Said Parish And whereas
it appeareth unto us the Said Justices of the Peace
upon Examinacon taken upon Oath that the Said
Henry Unwin late deced, was in his life time last
Legally Settled in the Towne of Brentwood in the
Parish of Weel in the County of Essex which we
Do Adjudge to be true therefore we adjudge the Said
Henry and Anne Unwins Settlements to be there in
Right of their Said late Father

These are therefore in his Maties Name
to Will and require you to convey and Pass the
Said Henry Unwirn< no role > and Anne Unwin< no role > from your
Said Parish of St. George to the Said Parish of
Weel abovesaid and deliver them to the Church-
:Wardens and Overseers of the Poor there or to Some
or one of them Who are hereby required to provide
for them According to Law: Given under our hands
and Seales this 21st. day of January 1735
