of the Peace For the County of Middlesex in their
General Quarter Sessions Assembeld

The Humble Petition and Appeal of the Churchwardens
and Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of Hendon in
the Said County of Middlesex .

Sheweth


That by an Order under the Hands and Seals of Richard
Farmer
< no role > and Clifford William Phillipps< no role > Esqrs. two of his
Majesties Justices of the Peace for the Said County (one of them
being of the Quarum) made the Second Day of March in the year
of our Lord One thousand, Seven hundred and thirty five Upon
the Complaint of the Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor
of the Parish of Saint Mary White Chappell in the County
aforesaid Sarah Sutton< no role > (widow and Relict of Richard Sutton< no role > )
together with Sarah< no role > their Daughter Aged Five years and ten months
Richard< no role > their Son Aged four years and Eleanor< no role > their Dans
Aged Eighteen months were removed and conveyed from the
Said Parish of Saint Mary White Chappell to the Said Parish of
Hendon as the Place of their Last Legal Settlement.

That Your Petitioners conceive the Said Parish of
Hendon Agreived by the Said Order and Do humbly Appeal
there From.

Your Petitioner Therefore
humbly Pray that a Day may be
Appointed for hearing the Said
Appeal.

And Your Petitioners Shall Pray
