The Humble Petition and Appeal of the Churchwd.
& Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of St. Ann
Westmr. in the County of Middlesex .

Sheweth

That by Virtue of a Pass Warrant under the hands
& Seals of Rich: Peirson< no role > & Jno. Rathbone< no role > Esqrs. Two of
his Majestys Justices of the Peace for the said County of
Middlx (One where of being of the Quorum) bearing Date
the 31st. Day of March last Robert Usher< no role > & Elizabeth Usher< no role >
his Wife were removed From the Parish of St. Mary Le Bone
in the said County of Middlesex to the said Parish of
St. Ann Westmr. whereby Your Petitioners conceive
themselves to be Aggrieved

Therefore they Humbly Appeal to
Your Worships against the Adjudgemt.
of the said Two Justices and pray Your
Worships will be pleased to order that
the Churchwdns. & Overseers of the Poor of
the said Parish of St. Mary Le Bone and
all persons Concerned Do Attend this
Court some Day in this present Session
to hear & Abide the Judgement and
Determination of this Court touching
the said Appeal
