the King holden for the County of Middx at Hicks Hall in St. John
Street by Adjornment on Saturday the Thirteenth day of September
in the ninth year of the Reign of our Sovereigne Lord George the
Second of Great Britain France and Ireland King Defender of
the Faith

who was tried and Convicted upon an Indictment against him
for unlawfully taking away a Pewter Signe fixed to a Post & Set
in the Ground is fined for the said Offence [..] which is ordered
to be Estreated and he is to be Delivered out of Newgate aforesaid and
is Committed to the House of Correction at Clerkenwell in this County
there to be kept to hard Labour for the Space of Ten Days
then to be Delivered Paying his Fees
