It is further Ordered by this Court that the Said Charles Nicholas Seur Devall< no role > doe forthwith refund and pay unto the Said Edmund Toulman< no role > the
Sume of eight pounds part of the Said Sum of ten pounds of the intent that
the Said Edmund Toulman< no role > may be put Apprentice to Some other
Master to be instructed in the Said trade or business of a Goldsmith
