petr. or his Relations Shall find means to recover the Same, or to make Such
further or other Order in the premisses as to this Court Should Seem meet
whereupon It was by an Order made by this Court on the Said twenty fifth
day of August instant, Ordered by this Court that the Said Charles Nicholas Seur Devall< no role >
Should have Notice of the Said peticon. And tha he Should
attend this Court on this present Thursday the twenty eightday of August
in Stant at Nine of the Clock in the forenoon to hear & abide the Judgment
& determination of this Court touching the Matters aforesaid Now upon
hearing what was alledged by Counsell for the Said Edmund To [..] an (he
the Said Edmund being Now present in this Court) For a smith as it appeareth
to this Court upon Oath that the contents of the said petition are true
And For that it further appeareth to this Court
by the Oath of John Wills< no role > of the parish of Saint Sepulchre in the Said
County of Middx Gent that on Tuesday the twenty Sixth day of this
instant August he did deliver a Notice

incerting of the Said petition, and of the Said Order of Court upon the
Said peticon at the late dwelling house of the Said Charles Nicholas
Seur Devall, and likewise did deliver a true copy of the said peticon
and of the Said Order of this Court [..] oneClerement in
Ruport Street near pickadilly on the Same day, with whom the Said
Charles Nicholas Seur Devall left the Indenture of Apprentice hood
in question, and who gave up the Same to the Said Toulman, And for that
Heither the Said Charles Nicholas Seur Devall (tho
publickly Called in this Court) nor any other person on his behelfe doe
appear in this Court to Shew cause against dischargeing the Petr from
his Apprentice hood to the Said Charles Nicholas Seur Devall It is Ordere
by this Court that the Said Edmund Toulman< no role > the peticoner be, and he is
hereby absolutely discharged of and from his apprentice hood to the Said
Charles Nicholas Seur Devall And it appearing to this Court that the
Sum of ten pounds was paid to him the Said Charles Nicholas Seur Devall
for his takeing the Said Edmund Toulman< no role > to be his apprentice as atored
