Whereas Complaint has been made unto
us two of His Majesty's Justices of the Peace
for the County of Middlesex (Quor unus) (one being of the Quorum) by
the Church-wardens and Overseers of the Poor of the Parish
of St. Giles in the Fileds. in the said County, That
William Atkins< no role > & Elizabeth < no role > his wife & Catherine< no role >
their Child aged One year & upwards are
Lately come into the said Parish endeavouring to Settle
there, contrary to Law. And it Appeareth unto us the
said Justices, and we do adjudge That the are likely
to become Chargeable to the said Parish, and upon Exami-
-nation of the said William Atkins< no role >
taken upon Oath, it further appeareth unto us,
and we do likewise adjudge, That the parish of Christ
Church Spittlefields in the said County
is the Place of the last legal
Settlement of the said William Atkins< no role >

These are therefore in His Majesty's Name to Charge and
Command the Church-wardens and Overseers of the Poor.
of the Said Parish of St. Giles in the Fields
forthwith to remove and convey the said William
Atkins
< no role > [..] wife & Child
from the said Parish of St. Giles in the
Fields to the said
Parish of Christ Church and deli-
-ver them to the Church-wardens and Overseers of the
Poor there, or to some or one of them who are hereby re-
quired to provide for them according to Law; Given Un-
-der our Hands and Seals the 7th Day of July 1735
Anno Dom.

the Poor of the respective Parishes of
St. Giles in the Fields
in the County of Middlesex
and Christ Church Spittle fields
in the said County
and to all other Officers whom it may
