Warrant & there being an Indictmt. found agst. him for a Violent
Assault on one Joseph Osborne< no role > by fracturing his, Sevll, by
Reason whereof his life is still in danger, being now in St.
Bartholomews Hospitals Now for if Pate shod, be brot. up
to be Try'd thereupon, Be pleasd to oppose the same Prosecutor
having had as notice thereof & if he shod. be Referrd to Bail that
the Executor might have noting thereof haveing apprehensive they to
put in shambail, In Engagd at the Old Bayly otherwise
