At the General Quarter Session of the peace of our soveregin Lord the King holden for
the County of Middx at Hicks hall inSt. John St. John street
in the County aforesaid by adjornment on Tuesday the
fifteenth day of April in the eighth yeare of the reign
of our Sovereign Lord George the second King of Great
Britain France & Ireland Defender of the Faith

It is Ordered by this Court that the Churchwardens and
Overseers of the poor of the parish of Fulham in this
County have notice of this appeale, And that they & all
persons concerned doe attend this Court on Saturday next
at ten of the clock in the forenoon to heare & abide the
Judgment & determination of this Court touching the said
appeale,
