To the Worshippfull his Majesty's Justices of the Peace for the
County of Middlesex in General Quarter Sessions at Hicks hall Assembled.

The humble Petition & Appeal of the Churchwardens
& Overseers of the poor of the parish of Saint Anne
Westminster in the said County of Middlesex .

Sheweth.

That by Virtue of a Pass Warrant under the hands & Seals of John
Milner< no role > & Ben Burroughs< no role > Esqr. two of his Majestys Justices of the
Peace for the said County of Middlx (one being of the Quorum) bearing
date the third day of this Instant April Richard Gostelian< no role > &
Katherine < no role > his Wife were removed from the parish of St. Giles in the
Fields in the said County of Middlx to the said parish of Saint
Anne Westminster whereby your Petitioners conceive themselves
to be aggreived.

Therefore they humbly appeal to your Worships
against the aforesaid Pass Warrant and Adjudgement of the said two Justices and
pray your Worships will be pleased to Order that the
Churchwardens & Overseers of the poor of the said parish
of St. Giles in the Fields & all persons concerned do attend
this Court on next adjournment day to hear & abide
the Judgemt. & determination of this Court touching the
said Appeal

And your petitioners shall pray Etc.
