Whereas the Church Wardens & Overseers of the
poor of the parish of Hardin
in the County of
Hertford
have exhibited their humble petition and
appeale unto this Court settingforth That by
warrant or Order dated the fourth day of May last

aged neare two yeares
was passed & removed from the parish of St. Mary
Le Bone
in the said County of Middx to the said
parish of Hardin in the County of Hertford
under a pretence as the petrs. are informed of its
being the place of his last legal Settlement, And
that the petrs. conceive themselves aggrieved by
the said order of the said two Justices of the peace,
and appeale to this Court against the same, whereupon
at the request of the petrs. It is Ordered by this Court
that the benefit of the said appeale be saved unto them
and that the hearing & determining thereof be and the
