At the GenerallSessions of the peace of our
Soverign Lord the King holden for the County of Middlesex at
Hicks hall in St Johnstreet in the County aforesaid on Monday
the Twenty Sixth day of August in the Eighth year of the
reign of our Sovereign Lord George the Second King of Great
Britanie France & Ireland Defender of the Faith

It is ordered by this Court that the Churchwardens & Overseers of the
poor of the parish of Saint Martin in the fields in this County
have notice of this peticon and Appeale and that they and all
other parties concerned doe attend this Court on Thursday next
at Ten of the Clock in the forenoon to hear & abide the Judgmt.
& determinacon of this Court touching the Said Appeale
