the said Bastard, and other charges, And that the Petr. finding
himself aggrieved by the said Order and Judgment of the
said two Justices humbly appealed against the same, the
matter of which appeale was appointed to be heard and
determined by this Court on this present Thursday the
eleventh day of July instant, Now upon hearing of
Councell for the Churchwardens & Overseers of the poor
of the said Parish of Fryern Barnet praying that the
hearing of the said appeale may be adjourned This
Court upon hearing of Councel for the Petr. Doth Order
That(on payment of the sum of ten shillings by
the Church wardens & Overseers of the poor of the same
parish or one of them unto the Petr. for his costs in attending
this day upon this Court with his Councel & witnesses to prosecute his said
appeale which costs are accordingly pr. the hearing & determining
of the said appeale be and the same is hereby-adjourned
untill the next General Quarter Sessions of the peace to
be holden for this County, And that the Petr. & alsoe the
Churchwardens & Overseers of the poor of the sd. parish
of Fryern Barnet and [..] all persons
concerned doe attend the Court of the said next
General Quarter Sessions of the peace to be holden
for the said County by adjornment on
of October next at ten of the
clock in the forenoon to heard & abide the Judgmt.

and determination of the same Court [..] touching
the said appeale,
