To the Right Worshipfull his Majesties Justices of
the peace for the County of Midd in their General
Quarter Sessions assembled.

The humble peticon and Appeal of the Church Wardens & Overseers
of the poor of the parish of Hambleton in the County of Bucks.

Sheweth


That by Vertue of a Warrant or Order under the Hands and
Seals of Thomas Jones< no role > and Henry Dodson< no role > Esqrs. two of his
Majesties Justices of the peace for the said County of Midd
bearing Date the fifteenth day of April last past Thomas
Elberry
< no role > aged about eight years and William Elberry< no role > aged
about Five years (mentioned in the said Warrant or Order
to be the Lawfull Issue of Thomas Elberry< no role > and Anne < no role > his
Wife then both deced) were removed and conveyed from
and out of the parish of St. George in the County of Midd
and on the nineteenth day of Aprillast past were
brought into the said parish of Hambleton in the County
of Bucks as the place of their Settlement.

Your peticoners conceiving themselves aggrieved
by the Said Order of the said two Justices of the
peace humbly appeal to this Court against the
same and pray thatthe hearing & determination
of their said Appeal may be adjorned untill the
next General Sessions of the peace to be holden
for this County and that
Some dayin that
Sessions
may be appointed for the Churchwardens
and Overseers of the poor of the said parish of St.
George in the said County of Midd and all other parties
concerned to attend this Court to hear and
abide the Judgment and Determination of this
Court touching the said Appeal.

And your peticoners shall ever pray Etc
