To the Right Worshipfull his Majesties Justices of the
Peace for the County of Middlesex in their Generall
Quarter Sessions Assembled

The Humble Petition and Appeal of
the Churchwardens and Overseers of the
Poor of the Parish of Saint Paul
Shadwell in the said County

Sheweth


That by a Pass Warrant or Order under the
Hands and Seals of Robert Dennett< no role > and
Richard Ricards< no role > Esquires Two of his Majesties
Justices of the Peace for the said County of
Middlesex (whereof one is of the Quorum)
bearing date the Fourteenth day of June
last past Francis West< no role > and Hannah < no role > his
wife and Francis West< no role > their Child aged
about One and Twenty Months were
Removed and Conveyed from the Hamlet of
Ratcliff in the same County to the said
Parish of Saint Paul Shadwell as the
place of their last legall Settlement

Your Petitioners humbly Conceiveing
themselves Aggrieved thereby and Appeal
from the Judgement of the said Two Justices
to the Judgement of this Honourable Court
And desire a day of hearing may be Appointed
this present Sessions and that all Persons
Concerned may be Ordered to Attend to hear and
Abide the Judgement and Determination of
this Court touching the said Appeal

And Your Petitioners shall ever pray.
