who hath pleaded not Guilty to an Indictment against her for a
trespass & assault is to Remain till She find Sufficient Sureties for
her personall Appearance at the next Session of the peace to
beholden for this County to Try her Traverse upon the said
Indictment To Reamin till he find Such Sureties then to be
delivered paying her Fees 4s..8d.

who was tried and convicted upon an Indictment against his for
a trespass and assault is comitted to the house of Correction aforesaid
there to kept to hard Labour for the Space of three Months and he is
also fined for the Said Offence one Shilling to be Estreated and he is to
remain untill he undergoe the said punishment then to be
delivered paying his Fees £1..2s..8d.

her for Petty Larceny is comitted to the house of Correction
aforesaid there to be whipped then to be delivered paying her

publickly whipped at a Carts Tayle from Temply Barr unto and over

in the forenoon and one a clock in the afternoon on Such day as
the Sheriff of this County forthwith appoint, And he is to remain
in [..] the House of Corrction aforesaid untill he undergo the said Punishment
then to be delivered paying his Fees 5s.. 8d.
