At the Session of Oyer and Terminer of our Sovereign Lord the King holden
for the County of Middx at Hicks Hall in St. John Stree in the County
aforesaid by adjornment on Saturday the first day of June in the
Seventh year of the reign of our Sovereign Lord George the Second King
of Great Britain France & Ireland Defender of the Faith.

Samuel Cornish< no role >

who was tried and convicted upon an Indictment against
him for a trespass and assault upon one Henry Davis< no role > with an intent
to Murder is comitted to his Maties Goal of Newgate there to remain
for the Sapce of one Month And he is fined for the Said Offence
three Shillings and four pence and he is to give Security for his
good behaviour for the Space of one year before St. John Gonson< no role >
Knt . and John Martin< no role > Esqr . or one of them to remain till he
undergo the said Punishment pay the said fine and find such
Sureties then to be delivered paying his Fees £1..0s..8d.
