whereas by an Order made by the said Court on
the said fourteenth day of January last the hearing
& determiningthenof the said appeale was
adjourned untill this present General Quarter
Session of the peace holden for this County, And
the matter of the said appeale comeing on to be
heard on Tuesday the twenty third day of April
instant being the second day of this present session in the presence of Councell for the [..]
Churchwardens & Overseers of the poor of the said
parish of St. Mary Whitechappell and also of
Councell for the Churchwarden & Overseers of the
poor of the said hamlet of Milend, Old Town

who prayed that the hearing of the said appeale
might be adjourned This Court did Order that (on
their paymt. of twenty shillings coststo the said
Appellants for their costs of that days attendance
on this Court with their Councell & witnesses [..] to
prosecute their said appeale)
the hearing of the said appeale should
beadjourned untill Thursday the twenty
fifth day of April instant being the fourth day of
this present sessions, And on that day the hearing
of the said appeale was further adjourned by this Court
untill this present saturday the twenty seventh
day of April Instant , Now Forasmuch as this Court
is of opinion that the hearing of the said appeale
should be further adjourned It is Ordered by this
Court that the hearing & determining the matter of
the said appeale be and the same is hereby further
adjourned untill the next General Session of the
peace to be holden for this County, And that the
Churchwardens & Overseers of the poor of the said
