given the petr. very immoderate correction, And for that
the Said James Chevallier< no role > ( in Stead of allowing the Petr.
bread & butter or meat for break fast [..] which he
had agreed to doe) hath frequently allowed to him only
bread & Small beer for breakfast It is Ordered by this
Court that the said George Burton< no role > the Petr. be and
he is hereby absolutely discharged of & from his said
apprenticehood to the said James Chevallier, And
It appearing to this Court that the Sum of twenty
pounds was paid by Elizabeth Cooper< no role > Mother of the sd. George Burton< no role > Unto the
Said James Chevallier for his taking the sd. George
Burton
< no role > to be his Apprentice It is further Ordered by
this Court that the said James Chevallier< no role > doe
forthwith refund an pay unto the Sd. Elizabeth Cooper< no role >
thesaid sumsum of fifteen pounds part of the sd.
sum of twenty pounds [..] for the use of the sd
George Burton< no role > (who is under ofofthe age of twelve yeares)
[..] to the intent he may be putt Apprentice
to some other Master [..] , And this Court doth further
Order that the said James Chevallier< no role > doe forthwith
deliver unto the said George Burton< no role > such
beingwearing
apparrell of him the said George as was [..] provided
for him by the said Elizabeth [..] Cooper< no role > Mother of the Said George
And wee whose hands & seales are hereunto sett
being four of his Maties Justices of the peace for
