Sr.

I have drawn up the Order, I have shown the same to a
Justice of peace who was present at the hearing, and he
seems to think that the Court intended not to make a new
Rate but to Settle the Rate complained of, After you have
perused & retorned the Order to me I intend tosend
Shew the same to the Chairman of the Court , I am
