Whereas Complaint hath been made by you the Church-wardens
and Overseers of the Poor of the said Parish ofSaint
Martin in the Fields
unto us whose Hands
And Seals are hereunto Set, two oof his Majesty's Justices of the Peace
(whoreof one is of the Quorum) for theLibertyaforesaid
That

aged Six and twenty Years
is
lately introducedand comeinto Your Said Parish ofSaint
Martin in the Fields
there to inhabit as a Parishoner contrary to the Laws relating to
the Settlement of the Poor, and is thethere like to become charge-
able, if not timely prevented: And Whereas, upon due Examinati-
on and Enquiry made into the premises,as also on Oath and
other Circumstances
it appears unto us, and we accordingly adjudge, That the said
Susanna Parbery< no role >
is
like to become chargeable unto the Said ofSaint Martin
in the Fields
and that the last legal Place of
Settlement or the SaidSusanna Parbery
Saint George Hanover Square
in the County aforesaid
These are therefore in his Majesty's Name, to order and require you
the said Church-Wardens and Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of
Saint Martin in the Fields
aforesaid, that you,
or some of you, do forthwith remove and convey the SaidSusanna
from your Said Parish ofSaint George
Hanover Square
aforesaidandherdeliver
to the Church-Wardens and Overseers of the Poor there, or Some or
one of them, whereby they are likewife required in his Majesty's
Name, and by Virtue of the Statutes in Such Case made, forthwith to
receive the SaidSusanna Parbery< no role >
into their SaidParish and Careand provide forher
as their Own Parishioner. When under our Hands and Seals, the
twenty SecondDay ofMarchin the Year of Our
