The humble Petition & Appeal of the Churchwardens &
Overseers of the poor of the parish of St. Paul Covt. Garden
in the said County

Sheweth.

That by an Order under the hands & Seals of Char: Berex< no role > Aluced
Popple< no role > Esqrrs. two of his Majesties Justices of the peace for the said County of
Middx bearing date the Sixth day of March Last past Mary Spillet< no role > aged
about 48 years was removed from the Hamlet of Hamersmith in the Pish
of Fulham in the said County of Middx to the said Parish of St. Paul
Covt. Garden where she is by Certificate there in recited owned &
acknowledged to be Settled Inhitant Parishioner

Your Petitioners thinking themselves Agrieved by
the Order of the said two Justices of the Peace Appeal
to this Court, agt. the same, and desire to be releived
therein

And Your Petitioners shall ever Pray Etc
