At the General Session of the peace of our Sovereign Lord the King
holden for the County of Middx at Hicks Hall in St. John Street in
the County aforesaid by adjornment on Saturday the Second day of
March in the Seventh year of the reign of our Sovereign Lord George
the Second King of Great Britain France and Ireland Defender
of the Faith.

who was tried and convicted upon an Indictment against
him for Petty Larceny Is Ordered to be Stripped naked from
the middle upwards and publickly whipped at a Carts Tayle
throughfrom Newgate to Hicks Hall in St. John Street in
this County between the hours of twelve of the clock at noon and two in the afternoon untill his body be bloody at Such time as the
Sheriff of this County Shallappointforthwith appoint And he
is to remain in Newgate aforesaid untill he undergo the Said
punishment then to be delivered paying his Fees 4s,,8d.

for a trespass and assault Is fined for the said offence 1s. to be Estreated and he is to be comitted to the House of Correction

the hours of twelve of the clock at noon & two in the afternoon
untill his body be bloody And the Said John King< no role > being
convicted upon an other Indictment against him for Petty
Larceny for Stealing one Callimanco Curtain for a Chair of the
value of Six pence the Goods & Chattells of George Cotton< no role > Is
Ordered to be Stripped Naked from the midle upwards and publickly
whipped at a Carts Tayle round Hanover Square in this County
between the hours of twelve of the clock at noon & two in the
afternoon untill his body be bloody, And the said John King< no role >
