who hath pleaded not Guilty to an Indictment against
him for a trespass contempt and Misdemeanor [..] Is Ordered
to find Sufficient Sureties before one of his Maties Justices of,
the peace for this County for his personal appearance at the
next General Quarter Sessions of the peace to be holden for
this County to prosecute his Traverse with Effect upon the
Said Indictment To Remain till he find Such Sureties then
to be delivered paying his Fees 4s,,8d.
