placed severall Stalls Hampers Benches and Termes for the selling of
Goods and other Wares and Merchandises in a certain Street or Highway
called Cable Street
otherwise Ragg Fair to the common Nusance of all his
Majesties Subjects passing and repassing through the same Street
and for want of Sureties to Answer the same Him therefore safely
keep until he shall find Sureties or be otherwise legally Discharged
