At the General Quarter Session of the peace of our
sovereign Lord the King holden for the County of
Middx at Hicks hall in St. John Street in the County
aforesaid by adjornment onMoWednesday the
tenth day of October in the Seventh yeare of the reign
of our Sovereign Lord George the second King of
Great Britain & so forth

It is Ordered by this Court that the within named
Jonathan Sturt< no role > have notice of this petition, and that
he & all persons concerned doe attend this Court on
Monday the third day of December next at eleven of
the clock in the forenoon to heare & abide the Judgmt.
& determination of this Court touching the matters
